Taaa-daaaa finally I have the start of our Christmas collection of stamps. I wanted to mix both religious and traditional Christmas images so that we could all make Christmas cards to suit various tastes. As with all our stamps the detail is fantastic. The big Father Christmas stamp is so large it needs to be stamped using a larger than normal acrylic block (or you can try using a cd case or dvd case)- but it will fill a card beautifully.

Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without holly - and this classical fairy image is just beautiful. The words are handy too, either as a topper or inside a card. I have also made a pretty card stamping several sprays of holly as a border and also decoupaging them.

I particularly like the position of our Ivy Fairy - she looks just as though she is watching butterflies or sunbeams dancing away from her - the trail of ivy is easy to do a repeat pattern with and also makes lovely backing papers.

This is one of my favourite sheets of Christmas stamps ever - the sleigh and reindeer are so elegant and the Santa on a prancing Rudolph is a lovely new twist on the traditional Christmas theme. Father Christmas himself is a very useful image and both the words and the ever versatile candles will all prove very handy for cards this year.
