Step One

Using Gentle Gloss photo paper print out the decoupage sheet for the “Pretty Girl on the Beach” image. If you do not wish to print out the full sheet, capture the single image and the sentiment. I also captured a small piece of the backing paper and amplified the sentiment by typing, “More than words can say”.

Mount the image/topper onto a piece of Stardream card 12.5cms x 15.5cms

Step Two

Using an A4 sheet of Stardream Card, landscape orientation, measure, mark, score and cut as shown.

Lightly crease the score lines and flatten out again

Step Three

Shows the card when the French windows have been cut out. The windows are still joined at the centre vertical 1cm wide strip of card.

Step Four

Cut a piece of acetate 11.9cms x 14.8cms. Score it as shown.

Step Five

Apply red liner tape to the inside of the French window frame as shown.

Step Six

Remove the backing paper from the liner tape and attach the acetate as shown.

Step Seven

Cut the centre front vertical strip in half vertically as shown, to form the opening French windows.

Step Eight

Optional tint the edges of the card using Tim Holtz Stamp Pads and a duster brush.

Mount the sentiments on gold mirri card and attach.

This card will fit in a C5 envelope.
