1 A4 Sheet Elegance Satin 300gsm Card.
1 A4 Sheet Gentle Gloss Photo Paper.
1 A4 Sheet Gold Mirri Card.
Sticky Stuff – I used Double Sided Tape, Foam Pads and Pinflair Glue Gel.
Using Gentle Gloss Photo Paper print out the image from the House-Mouse Decoupage CD.
Cut out the decoupage and mat the base layer onto a piece of gold mirri card leaving a narrow border.
I prefer to assemble the decoupage after I have fixed the base layer to the card, but it is a matter of choice.
Cut an A4 Sheet of JS Elegant Satin Card to measure 29.7cms x 14.9cms.
Landscape orientation score in half vertically and emboss using the JS Signature Filigree Stencil.
Using gold Mirri card cut out a mirrored pair of the Mini Leafy Flourish die.
Using gold Mirri card and the stamen dies from the Build a Flower cut out two large and one medium stamen dies for the larger flowers and two medium and one small for the smaller flowers. For four flowers you will need the following: - four large, six medium and two small die cuts.
To build a flower, wrong side facing curl the petals to form a cup shape. Right side facing, press the centre of the flower to form a slight domed shape, with the curl of the petal pointing downwards. Stick the two largest layers together staggering the petals. Stick the smaller petal shape on top. You will get a better fix if you use Pinflair glue gel.
Position the topper at the top left of the card and fix into place. Attach the flourish die-cuts to the bottom right corner of the topper.
