Victorian Birthdays - Card 8
Another card that uses the technique of dividing your card into two triangles. All the edges are cut with a decorative blade to give more detail to the card and the topper is cut out and a second umbrella decoupaged on top. I particularly like the wavy line of gold peeloff echoing the line of the topper on the top right of the card.
