Victorian Christmas - Card 10
This is a beautiful example of what can be done with a little time and trouble. Starting from the back - one of the matching papers has been printed out on vellum and then attached to the card using some tiny brads. The middle layer has been stamped and embossed in gold to give an all over almost tapestry effect with a large rose stamp. The top layer is another piece from the choice of matching backing papers and the topper cut to a scalloped oval. The beaded dragonfly does make a stunning embellishment -it was originally a Christmas decoration but you could use a peeloff placed onto acetate instead.
