Mouse Baby

This lovely card uses the House-Mouse Colouring Book - Volume 1, with papers, flowers and ribbons of your choice.

Materials

House-Mouse Colouring Book - Volume 1
7” square card blank in white
Backing paper (this uses a muted red hessian look paper)
Backing paper (this uses a floral with cream background)
Backing paper (this uses a beige spotty paper)
Sentiment of your choice
Swirly embossing folder of your choice
Die of your choice
Three large paper roses
Brown organza ribbon (or white coloured with Promarkers)
Six pearls
Double sided tape, tape runner or glue.
Foam Pads or glue gel

1. Cut brown card to fit on the front of your card blank, leaving a small border, glue down.

2. Cut your backing paper (hessian look here) and stick down onto the brown card leaving a small border.

3. Cut a square of floral paper and mount it onto brown, leaving a border, place this at an angle on the card. Cutting the brown card first will allow you to play with the size.

4. Cut a strip of spotty paper and mount onto the brown card, leaving a small border, glue down so that it lines up with the brown card as in the picture.

5. Cut out your main image from the colouring book and mount this onto brown card, glue down at a slight angle, opposite to the floral paper.

6. Make a pretty bow with the brown organza ribbon and attach to top left corner of the image with glue gel.

7. Mount your chosen sentiment onto brown card and add to the bottom right of the card.

8. Arrange three large paper flowers as in the picture.

9. Finish off with three pearls top right and three bottom left.
